Who I Am

My name is Dana Palmer and I am a Holistic Health Practitioner and Life Coach. As a Holistic Health Practitioner and Life Coach, I have been practicing TFT (Thought Field Therapy) and NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Techniques) for the last 11 years. My trainings and education all started as a journey to figure out issues that I was  dealing with. As I continue to learn and develop, I have come to love everything to do with health, the mind, self growth, nature, natural supplementation, hormones, relationships and every topic each of those include.

 

WHY I DO THIS

I knew I wasn’t the only one suffering from hormonal imbalance and undiagnosed thyroid issues that were causing me so many problems.  After asking around, I was absolutely right! So many women have these exact issues.  Flu-like symptoms before your period, night sweats in your 30’s-40’s, bone loss (usually showing up in mouth with receding gums), no desire or intimacy, and GUILT for not feeling good!

My program offers coaching gets to the bottom of these issues from a holistic approach.

What I do

Incorporating my different trainings and knowledge, I have designed a unique program  that helps women balance their hormones, through lifestyle, supplementation and lots of thought work! Coaching one on one allows us to get to the root of the challenges each individual is dealing with.

 

Why I love it

I love that I can help women that are in a place that I once was.  I love that I can share everything I have learned and found to be life changing, to bless the lives of other women.  I love that I have come up with a way to help women that are just like me and watch their lives change in ways they never thought!

 

How it works

Weekly online meetings is where we will do our one-on-one coaching calls.  Supplement recommendations will be made in order to help balance hormones. Email follow up and contact throughout the week is a great way for us to connect.

 

What to expect!

If you choose to join the fun and work, you will receive guidance to assist with balancing your hormones (which usually leads to weight loss) , increase your self awareness, increase your confidence,  increase your desire for intimacy, and increase your ability to become the person you dreamed of, but never thought was possible!
